The UGA transfer audit. Whether you’re eligible, and when.

I go through your transcripts, your AP or IB credit and your current schedule, and check every course against UGA’s own transfer records. You get a plain verdict, a written plan, and a 60-minute meeting to go through it.

Find out where you stand
before you commit to anything else.

The audit tells you whether you’re eligible, and when. I review your transcript, your AP or IB credit and your current schedule, and check every course against UGA’s own transfer records. You get your projected transferable hours and your transfer GPA as of the deadline, and a plain verdict: eligible, eligible on conditions, or not yet.

The written report gives you the plan and timeline I’d recommend, mapped to your intended major. Then we go through it in a 60-minute meeting, on Zoom or in person in Athens, same price. I transferred into UGA from Kennesaw State, so I know this process from the inside.

Who it’s for

At another school now

You’re at UNG, Georgia Gwinnett, Georgia State, Kennesaw State, Athens Tech, Oconee, or a school out of state, and you plan to transfer. I tell you where you stand, which courses count, and what to take next.

What comes back →

Admitted, and deciding

You have your credit evaluation and you’re deciding. I tell you what will count toward your major, and what to take before you arrive.

What comes back, and when

1 · The written report

The verdict, your projected hours, and your transfer GPA as of the deadline. The courses to take next, the requirements of your major, and the key dates. The risks, and who owns each one.

2 · The walkthrough

A 60-minute Zoom, or in person in Athens, where we go through the report together and you ask what you want.

3 · The timing

I’ll give you a date when your documents are in.

See one first.

The sample is a full audit for a fictional student: the verdict, the hours and GPA, the plan, the dates, and the open risks. Every UGA policy in it is real and cited.

The student in the sample is fictional.

$399

The audit is $399, the report and the meeting, on Zoom or in person in Athens.

I take a few audits at a time. Send a request and I’ll tell you when I can start. Then I send the invoice and the list of what I need.

Ongoing support is available afterward, if you want it.

Questions I get

Anything not covered here, ask me directly. (706) 389-0528.

No. UGA decides transfer admission on a space-available basis, and no GPA or hour count guarantees it. The audit tells you whether you meet UGA’s consideration levels, and what to do to be as strong as you can be when you apply. The decision is UGA’s.
No. The audit is the plan, not the application. What you submit, you write.
Yes. I check your credit evaluation against UGA’s records, tell you what will count toward your major, and what to take before you arrive, so you don’t repeat a course or miss one.
Then the report says what is missing and the earliest term I think you could apply. You find that out now, before you apply, and not after.
I’ll give you a date when your documents are in. It depends on how many schools and how much credit I have to check.

Request a spot.

I take a few audits at a time. Tell me where you are, and I’ll reply within a day with when I can start. Nothing is charged until then. (706) 389-0528 if a call is easier.
